The house at Heidelbergerfaßgasse 18 was acquired in order to move the new offices of the Neokeen companies into the 440 sqm building. The property consists of a basement, a ground floor and an upper floor. The roof is accessible, but has not yet been developed. The parking space in front of it has also been acquired.

The building has a full basement. Access to the cellar rooms is via a staircase at the rear of the ground floor. The cellar rooms will offer a lot of storage space.

On the ground floor and 1st floor we will have almost 300 sqmof office space available. The rooms are up to 5 m high and offer many design possibilities.

The modernisation of the premises has been completed. Windows and doors have been partially replaced, two new bathrooms have been installed, floors have been renewed, the complete lighting has been replaced and all rooms have been repainted. We always tried to keep the factory character of the building. We are planning a solar systemon the roof and greenery on the facade.
